Ted Medeiros, Biography
Ted Medeiros, Principal, founded TM Consulting Services in November of 2004. TM Consulting Services presents specialized training programs in the areas of Sexual Harassment, Safety Compliance, Leadership and Supervision. Additionally, Ted designs evacuation programs and disaster/emergency recovery planning. Ted will design custom trainings for your organization.
Ted Medeiros is a nationally recognized presenter and has conducted over 500 training programs in the prevention of sexual harassment, safety, disaster/emergency recovery planning, loss prevention, leadership and supervision. Ted's background combines labor relations, human resources, and production management to provide customized training and consulting services to the business community.
Ted has over 24 years of experience advising management on Human Resources, Safety, Employee Relations and Labor Relations issues. He was responsible for developing policies, directing all personnel functions, including: hiring, training, discipline, EEO, grievances, labor negotiations,security, safety, loss prevention, worker's compensation, state and federal reporting, and OSHA compliance for a multiple-store organization.
